What Nexstay Does

Nexstay Conciergerie provides exclusively operational and logistical services for the benefit of property owners who wish to delegate the practical management of their property:

• In-person guest reception and key handover
• Check-in and check-out inspections for informational purposes
• Professional cleaning and linen renewal
• Monitoring of the general condition of the property and reporting to the owner
• Coordination of technical interventions (plumbing, electrical, minor repairs) with third-party contractors selected and mandated by the owner
• Communication to the owner regarding occupancy status and the condition of the property

What Nexstay Does Not Do

Nexstay Conciergerie is not and does not act as a substitute for:

• A property administrator or property manager within the meaning of Tunisian law
• A real estate agent or intermediary in rental transactions
• An agent of the owner in contractual relations with occupants

The property owner remains, at all times, the sole contracting party to their occupants and the sole party responsible for the rental relationship. Nexstay does not intervene in setting rental conditions, selecting occupants, or collecting rent or occupation fees on behalf of the owner.
