1. Cleaning and hygiene supplies (detergent, broom, dustpan, mop, wipes, disinfectant…)
2. Repairs exceeding 50 DT are the owner's responsibility.

Frequently asked questions

After signing the management agreement, we can be operational within 5 to 7 business days: photo session, listing creation, and your property is ready to welcome its first guests.
Absolutely. You remain the owner and are free to block any dates you wish for personal use. Nexstay only manages the periods you entrust to us.
Depending on your plan (Essential 15% or Premium 25% all-inclusive), we deduct our commission from the gross revenue generated. A detailed monthly statement is sent to you with all bookings and corresponding amounts.
We conduct a property inspection at each stay. In the event of damage, we handle the process with the guest and the rental platforms to obtain reimbursement for the damages.
We list your property primarily on Airbnb and Booking.com, with a presence also on our own direct booking channel. A multi-platform strategy to maximize your visibility.
